ISW IGNITION FOR VOLT MX

ISW Ignition for Volt Mx is a 6-week engagement to help you with your next app solution, built on HCL’s low code platform. Our team of experts will guide you through identifying your top challenges or key use cases, formulate an app solution, and deliver a working prototype in 45 days.

The discovery stage is FREE, requiring a commitment of no longer than 16 hours from your team

DISCOVERY WORKSHOP (FREE)

A Program Manager and Design Lead host a discovery workshop to understand your users/personas, prioritise key problems, identify use cases, and brainstorm solutions. Workshops can be as short as 2 hours but no longer than 10 hours.

 

BLUEPRINTING (FREE)

The ISW team regroups to create a blueprinting document highlighting takeaways from the discovery. The document includes app features and a low-fidelity mockup to provide a possible user flow.

 

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Upon blueprint signoff by the customer, the design and development teams start building the prototype (typically 5-10 screens).

PROTOTYPE, TEST & IMPROVE

A prototype is delivered and ready for customer review. A joint discussion is scheduled with key stakeholders to review the technical details of the app and help build your business justification to move forward with a full app delivery.

DELIVERY

The final application is delivered and production-ready!
